I was scheduled for delivery and installations of my washer and dryer, I paid for delivery and installations, when the delivery guy showed up he said the gas line is copper and we not allowed to install as there was no shut off valve, which I have shut off valve about 7 feet away from the dryer. so i said ok, ill install it, then he looked at the washer and says we can’t run the water line under cabinet, which i already have the line running, so I asked what is the big deal about running the line, he then walked away, i was thinking he was getting the washer and dryer I then looked outside and he was gone without saying a ward. i was shocked by his action!!. i called customer service and they refused to send him back, I asked to speak to a manger or their manager to call me back and they refused and my only option is to reschedule and I still have not heard from anyone to see when they will come back.
my house is turned upside down to clear way for their installations and I can’t get them to come back or to even know when they are coming back. I never expected this type of treatment from best buy. But what can i say they are 3rd party and it’s a shame to have people like this represent a good company!
I hope someone form upper management own this and make sure this don’t happen again.

After the hard work of making your appliance selection, it's reasonable to expect that the delivery and installation will not be complex. I was discouraged to read of your experience with our delivery team and I apologize for our having disappointed you.
