Horrible Horrible Customer service

I am having almost the identical problem on a $1000 refrigerator. The delivery people are now 3 hours outside the promised window. I have called Customer Service 3 times without any luck. The customer agents said that the dispatcher couldn't reach the driver. I told her that seemed pretty far fetched). She did promise that someone would call me in 5-10 minutes but no call was forthcoming. I gave up a morniing and now it looks like I'm giving an afternoon to stay home from work to be here.

 

By contrast, what a pleasant experience my Sears delivery was on Saturday morninig. They came EARLY! It was great.

 

I have never been contacted by the dispatcher or by the driver. Still waiting. Even the Customer Service people don't know what's going on.

 

This will be my last Best Buy purchase. Wish I had bought it at Sears. Hope our food doesn't spoil in our various coolers. We may be turning our old refrigerator back on soon.

Thanks for reaching out to us on our forum, and I can tell you I would be equally upset if my delivery team was that late to deliver my new refrigerator; this would be especially true if all my food was sitting around the house in coolers. I am honestly sorry this was your experience with us.

 

I can say that unforeseen circumstances can cause our delivery teams to run late or arrive early. I did look at your work order and it does look like the delivery was completed yesterday 7/17/2017. Is there anything specific you need me to get done for you?
