I have had the worst customer service experience ever with Best Buy. I will never make a purchase through them again. I had a new LG washer and dryer installed yesterday and come home to my laundry room floor flooded and the coffee shop below me. I have called numerous numbers and keep getting transferred to incorrect numbers and no one seems to be able to help me. I expect BestBuy to fix this and pay for the repair damages. I am extremely upset and frustrated. I have learned my lesson and forewarn anyone else looking to purchase products from them- GO TO A DIFFERENT STORE!!

We always want new appliance installs to be as seamless as possible, and it sounds like that wasn’t the case in your situation. I just had to redo my bathroom due to some water damage, so I can empathize with how frustrating and difficult this situation must be for you.
Sedgwick Claims Management Services, Inc is the insurance company that Best Buy uses in cases like this. You can give them a call at 1-800-620-7409, and they’ll work with you on your claim to determine the best course of action going forward. It would be very helpful for them to have your receipt information or order number handy when you give them a call.
