On December 27th we had a washer and dryer installed by Best Buy. The washer was not installed correctly and flooded the floors. We had to take up the flooring so we would not get mold. Best Buy gave us Sedgwick's number for our claim. Sedgwick gave us the installers email. Is this a run around or is someone going to come out to assess the damage to our house? I refuse to spend money on new flooring when it was the negligence of the installers that caused the flood, which leaked from the first floor to the basement.
