I’m sorry that we haven’t been able to provide you with the expect service that we pride ourselves on. I’m happy to see autotech796 has been here to go over your situation with you. He really knows his stuff, and I want to reinforce everything he’s said. I’ll be sure to document your poor experience so that we can use it to improve the level of service we provide in the future.
