Dishwasher Installation

Hi, we got our new dishwasher delivered and installed yesterday. The delivery guy was kind and nice, but we're surprised that he charged me $45 extra to the installation fee we already paid just to cut a waterline tube little bit. He said he need it in cash and has no change at all. I didn't have enough cash, then he said he can discount it as $30. He even didnt' give me any receipt for that. I can't stop having a bad feeling about it. Is that what's supposed to be?? Thanks.

Thanks for joining us at the Best Buy Community forums. I know how disappointing and frustrating that unexpected additional charges like this can be. Sometimes things like this can pop up because of local permitting regulations, for example.  I’d like to take a look into this to make sure that proper processes were followed for your install.
