We bought a new Samsung fridge on July 4th. Everything was set up to be delivered yesterday July 11th. The delivery people were nice. They called us before 15-30 min before getting to the house. I didn't notice anything wrong and they were very careful delivering the fridge and setting it up in our kitchen. Everything looked fine until later in the day when we saw a noticable dent and scratch about 3 in long on the corner left side of the fridge. We wouldn't have noticed this but it was visible because it runs through and damaged the serial number sticker located on the bottom corner left side. We dont think it was damaged from the point they carried it from their truck to our kitchen but possibly during transport or from the warehouse to the truck.
Suffice to say we were disappointed and is considering returning the fridge back.

As I know only too well from my own experience, discovering that the exciting and expensive new appliance I purchased is flawed can be quite upsetting indeed. I was very discouraged to read that your new Samsung refrigerator was damaged and I apologize for the disappointment I know you're experiencing.
We want you to be delighted with your new appliance! Best Buy's Return & Exchange Promise allows for the return or exchange of most products within 15 days of purchase (30 days for My Best Buy Elite members and 45 days for Elite Plus members). If you are not happy with the condition of your new refrigerator, you should be able to return it to us for a refund or exchange. I recommend visiting your local store to discuss the options available to you. Remember to bring along your purchase receipt.
