Does Best Buy no longer have a direct email where customers can submit concerns? I'm only posting her because my efforts to find a way to submit a complaint via email didn't seem like it existed.
Anyway, I made a purchase of a washing machine last week and I added installation to my order. It was delivered and installed a few days ago. The machine operates just fine, but there is a dent on the side. I'm not asking for a refund, but I should be compensated for this. As with anyone who makes a purchase of a new item, the expectation is that it will come in new condition, free of any blemishes including dents.
