Does Best Buy no longer have a direct email where customers can submit concerns? I'm only posting her because my efforts to find a way to submit a complaint via email didn't seem like it existed.
Anyway, I made a purchase of a washing machine last week and I added installation to my order. It was delivered and installed a few days ago. The machine operates just fine, but there is a dent on the side. I'm not asking for a refund, but I should be compensated for this. As with anyone who makes a purchase of a new item, the expectation is that it will come in new condition, free of any blemishes including dents.
Before I provide any additional information please let me know how we would go about addressing this. Thank you.

Hi there, JoannDonaldo, and thanks for joining us,
You’ve certainly come to the right place for some help, so please forgive us the lateness of our reply. We’ve been experiencing some heavy volume here on the forum for quite some time, and regrettably, our customers have had to wait longer for assistance than normal as a result. Your patience has been greatly appreciated though, especially as I understand your new appliance didn’t exactly arrive in pristine condition. It can be difficult to find exactly what you want in washing machine, especially as it’s one of the bigger purchases you’ll make for your home, so it’s understandable why you’d be upset.
Although we wouldn’t be able to offer compensation as requested, I’d like to review your case to see what exactly happened. I’ll need some additional information from you first though, so please be on the lookout for a private message I’ll be sending you very soon. You may view it by logging into the forum and clicking on the envelope icon in the upper right-hand corner of the page.
Thanks for posting,
