Best buy appliance delivery service is probably one of the worst in the nation. The first time delivery was a wrong size on the appliances an overlook of the sales person and I. When I asked the delivery guys to put back my old range since there is gap between the new range and countertop, They were rushing so much that they shattered the top of the range. So they had no choice but leave me with the new range until I get that replaced. On the second time delivery, the guys are delivering a refrigerator and swapping the range with the one that fits the space properly. The delivery guys did not level the range properly even I showed them what the problem is, one side is on top of the countertop and the other side is not.
To make things worse, they were suppose to put the old ref in the garage and the new one in the Kitchen. The guys unhooked and unplugged the old ref in the middle of the kitchen and left the new ref in the garage. I was totally stranded with all the food out of ref. I had to get a plumber to came and put my old ref back in its place. The delivery guys just left without doing what they were suppose to do. On top of the they said they are following their mnagers instructions.
When I went to the store furious obviosly, The kitchen appliance of Pacific kitchen said all they could do is make a escalation request to Corporate and some one from corporate witll call me in an hour. I waited for hour and a have but did not receive any calls. Best buy knows how to sell their stuff, but having the proper items delivered is completely a different story. They delivery guys don't even communicate properly. Majority of them don't even speak english. Geek sqad Customer service told me their team will come on Friday to swap my refs and level the range on Tuesday. When I called this morning. They do not even have an order to get this done today. The customer service person Lina opened up an order today for next week. This is just insane. How they say something that they are doing and it does not take place. I will never reccommend best buy to anyone.
