Delivery story

His name is Saul {removed per forum guidelines}. He delivered 3 pieces of appliances from the Best Buy. He told me I have to replace my old gas valve and it’s going to cost me $45. I am a woman and I don’t know anything about gas valves. I wrote a check. That’s how I know his name.  Later I pulled out the stove to look at my new valve and there was no new valve. There was my old valve covered with paint. And it wasn’t even an old one as the building is not that old. The guy just took advantage of me being a woman and boldly collected the check, not even bothering to replace my “old” valve with a new one. This is a story to be put on TV.

P.S. I did have a $20 bill in my pocket to tip the guy for a good job, but I didn’t give it to him because many things went wrong with the delivery that day. This issue was just one of many.
