Delivery appointment changed again!

Hi, I am writing to you because I am very upset about my delivery process for a washer and dryer that I ordered on May 30. They were initially supposed to be delivered on June 21. I received a call that they were not in store for delivery yet and had no idea where they were or when they could be delivered. After making a few phone calls I was told they could bring them July 5 but I was going to be out of town that week so we scheduled go today July 11. I get a phone call this morning that only the washer is available. Well how good is having a washer but no dryer? I have checked nearby stores on this item and the warehouse that is only 50 miles away has it and online it says delivery date 7-12 if purchased today on the item. Why can you post that other people get it in the same week and I have been waiting close to 2 months for this? This is very frustrating. I ordered my refrigerator from Best Buy as well and it was delivered timely and promptly. But I am very unhappy about this washer/dryer situation.

Also may I add that these are now 2 days that I take off from work for this!

Is anyone going to find out where my dryer is? I still have no idea when it is going to get here. Terrible service
