Delivery and installation an absolute no show with no communication

We recently ordered a dishwasher from Best Buy, my case ID number is {removed per forum guidelines}.  The dishwaser was supposed to be delivered today from 12:00 to 4:00PM.  However, the dishwasher never arrived and it was never installed.  I took a day off of work to accomodate this delivery and I spent two hours on the phone with the Best Buy customer support people trying to remedy this without resolution.  I was told to wait for them to call tomorrow (Friday) to reschedule a possible delivery on Monday.  I have absolutely no confidence that they will call tomorrow.  In addition, this will mean another day off work for me to wait for a delivery and installation that may not come.  I am strongly considering obtaining a refund on my purchase and going to Lowe's instead.   In my view, relying on a third party to handle your deliveries and installationi is an abysmal failure. I am a very dissatisied customer.

We never want to hear our customers’ experience with the delivery and installation of their new appliance hasn’t gone as smoothly as we would expect, so I was disheartened to hear your delivery and installation experience has gone so poorly. Fortunately, there has been a satisfactory resolution to our delivery/installation issue.  We went back to our Best-Buy store and the GM escalated the issue.  The dishwasher was installed this morning.  Thank-you for your help.
