I spoke with about 15 customer service people, after waiting 15 minute intervals. All them gave me their I'm so sorry for your inconvenience speech and then transferred me to limbo. I am not pleased that BB's delivery people dropped off a refrigerator, stove, dishwasher and microwave onto my porch and left it there, yesterday. Of course, it has been raining. I paid for installation and haul away and got neither. Finally, I was graciously given a date for next week, which means that I cannot have an Open House this Sunday. Bottom line, I just want to say that BB has the worst customer service that I have ever encountered. We are about to buy a new home. You can bet that our appliances won't come from Best Buy.
