Deliver

Today I was expecting a delivery between 12 and four of the washer dryer and a TV I had my friend stay at my house between 12 and four waiting for the delivery why I was at work I am a GM of a restaurant and had inventory to do today so was any herbal to take off around 3 20 p.m. I noticed I had a missed call and voicemail upon checking the voicemail I had a message from the delivery driver saying that nobody was at my home and they had to move on and would not be delivering today I then called my friend to see if they came to deliver the washer and dryer they said they had been sitting at my house since 12 o'clock and no one has been there I then called the store and was on hold for about 15 minutes and then was disconnected I decided to call the The driver and told him somebody was at my home he responded with he tried to call me numerous times and I did not answer and they also knocked on the door a couple of times and nobody was home I explained to him my boyfriend was sitting there and nobody knocked on the door and I got one call and I needed my washer and dryer delivered today he responded that they could not deliver my washer and dryer today because they were out of the area and it is not his fault that nobody was home and I would have to call in rescript scheduled delivery I then called the one 800 number for customer complaints I got pushed around five or six different people nobody can give me an answer and told me that I would get my washer and dryer delivered whenever they had the next available time there was one woman that did apologize to me and told me that she could give me somebody that could help make sure that I got my washer and dryer today because it was not my fault that they wouldn't answer the door but then whenever I was sent to him he told me the same thing that I would have to call back call the store tomorrow at 7 AM and reschedule my delivery at this time I called back to The Frederick Best Buy and spoke to a female manager she then explained to me that that you have exclamation form and field it out and someone would get back to me in 2 hrs, again I am at work and did not here my phone ring so I called back the women was very polite and tried to connect me to the case worker for me. She got back on the phone and told me the women was very rude but told her I would have to call back tomorrow at 7 my case worker left at 3. Funny she called me at 4:35.overall I was push back and forth for about 2hrs. After all that I had to come home and go to the laundry mat to have clean cloths for work at 7am after getting off at 8pm. All I'm asking for is my washer and dryer be delivered tomorrow because it is not my mistake. {removed per forum guidelines}

Seems to be Best Buy's answer for everyone. Delivery driver mess up and u wait till there next delivery slot. I spoke to about 15 pple and be for getting any resolution. Don't waste your time go somewhere else

Hey Samwal,

 

I am very sorry the delivery of your new washer and dryer did not happen on the date it was originally scheduled for, and that we couldn't get this delivery team back out to your home that day. It is correct that if a delivery appointment needs to be rescheduled we can only give a customer the soonest available appointment for their area. I did look at your work order and I show this is now scheduled to happen this coming Monday 3/13/2017. I will check on this on Tuesday 3/14/2017.

It seems to me like all of your post about deliveries, maybe somebody should look into correcting this problem and I'm sure after waiting for your schedule delivery and then have to waiting again because the delivery drivers can't even knock on the door is very frustrating to me and all the others posting.
