On 3/4/17 I went to the Best Buy located in Leominster,MA. I bought a washing machine and a dryer. It was scheduled to be delivered and installed on 3/8/17. They went to my apartment just by looking at the space decided that the appliances where not going to fit there. So they left. I measured the space before buying the appliances. I knew the size was fine. On 3/10/17 I went to the same store to exchange my purchased for something smaller. While at the store I spoke to a salesman explained what happened with the delivery we again measured the same appliances I bought and the size was fine . The salesperson paged a supervisor the one on duty was Sofiya {removed per forum guidelines} she never showed up to speak to us or try to solve the problem. After measuring everything again we decided to keep the appliances I bought but now I have to wait until 3/14/17 for a delivery when it could off being done on the original day. The salesperson at the store provided excellent customer service. The supervisor on duty has no respect for clients. I spent over $1,200 is not like I sell drugs or find money on a tree I work hard for my money. The subcontractors they hire for the deliveries suck! I am ver upset that I had to wait longer for something that it was their fault. This is the last time I buy from this place. I will be emailing Joshua {removed per forum guidelines} or someone but this is not right. I will be writing to the Better Business Bureau. To top it off there is a blizzard coming this way on Tuesday that means I will have to probably wait a year for the delivery! I AM NOT HAPPY!!

I JUST FILED A COMPLAINT WITH THE BETTER BUSINES BUREAU.

Update:
Since I was not satisfied at all I went back to the Leomisnter store. I spoke to Nate the manager on duty. He ended up refunding my account for $ 169.00. The delivery date stay schedule for 3/14/17. On 3/13/17 I get a phone call from Joanne {removed per forum guidelines} an agent who was assigned to my compliant. Joann ended up re-scheduling the delivery date for a further day 3/18/17 due to the fact that we were getting a snow storm on the 14th. The question again is why? why? why do I have to wait for so long? why my delivery is not priority to them? why Saturday and not the next day or a sooner ? At this point they should give me the appliances for free. At the end of all this aggravation and loosing time from work paying to do laundry etc..Best Buy still has not resolve my issue.

The leominster store is where my issue occurred. This store is out of control and might need new management.

Oh really?  i nteresting... I don't know why they have people that are wo incompettent working for them. The sutomer service at the store was great but this subcontractors they hired SUCK!. I am off work today. I will dedicate my day off to send meails to every goverment agency, organizations, media or any other agency out there etc... Best Buy will know my name by the time I finish emailing people. I might even change my mind and just cancel the order period. I don't need this aggrevation from anyone.

Welcome to the forum. I'm disappointed to hear you're not happy with the status of your delivery. However, it looks like our Appliance Support team here at the corporate office has reached out to you. I recommend you continue to work with them as they will be better equipped with the tools to assist you with this issue.
