I am trying DILIGENTLY to fix nearly the same issue! My home builder bought a package of goods for me ($2500 value). Some items shipped FedEx. They called me last week to set delivery and we set it for Friday 4pm - 8pm BECAUSE THEY ONLY DELIVER WED & FRIDAYS. Friday monring around 10:30 I got a call from XPO (apparently the deliverer - interesting that they don't use their own people!). He stated they had 3 cancellations and asked if they could deliver earlier. Well i work an hour from where i live, and that would have meant me taking the rest of the day off. I said no, but if you would only deliver on Saturday this wouldn't be a problem. What? We deliver on Saturdays all the time he told me. (WHAT?! WHY WOULD BB TELL ME DIFFERENTLY?). So we reset for the next day 8am to noon. Time frame came and went; called the number i had for XPO, got vmail. Left two very nasty messages as i waited the rest of the day (in case they were running late, in case they had my time wrong)... So here i am on Monday morning. Call XPO = they tell me it is BB's fault as they never changed it on their end. Just got off the phone with Nadia of BB. Not only was she very difficult to understand because of background noises and a thick accent, she again told me they ONLY DELIVER ON WED & FRIDAYS. Well, i want it reset for Saturday. She tells (after being on the phone, mainly on hold, for over 22 minutes) that she is not actually a person in the correct department to help me but she is trying to help me because no one in 'that' department is there yet. when i aske to speak to a manager, she tells me she is the manager. i ask to talk to her boss then, because she has to report to someone. She refuses. She flat out refuses and keeps claiming she is the manager....I will not take any time off work for this, especially after losing a whole Saturday to waiting on this delivery to begin with. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!

And now it is more than 3 hours after they told me someone would call me... i will honestly be surprised if they call me back at any point today. Really BB? This is how important a customer is to you? Shameful.

In various areas through-out the United States Best Buy partners with reputable delivery companies to service a wider area in a timely manner. I apologize that may not have been articulated to your home builder, or yourself when purchasing your items. Depending on the delivery companies availability, and staffing Best Buy related deliveries may only occur on select days.
Best Buy strives to be a leader in customer service. It’s discouraging to hear the woman you spoke to on Monday morning may have not spoken to you in the professional way she should’ve, and wasn’t able to assist you further.
