We've been having huge issues getting an updated COI to send to building management for a dishwasher delivery. We had a fridge delivered in September and finally received what we needed from AON Risk Services but you have since changed insurance/producers. I was finally able to obtain a general COI for your new insurance/producer but our office building requires a COI where they are the certificate holder.
I have tried to get in touch with Marsh USA (your new producer), the warehouse, corporate- you name it. I am extremely frustrated that nobody seems to know what I'm talking about or seem to want to help me.
I've worked with countless other companies locally and across the US and have never come across this issue. If someone could get in touch with me directly so we can resolve that would be great.

Welcome to thee Best Buy Community forums. I know how frustrating it can be getting paperwork together for something like this, and crossed wires can be a huge pain. I'm very sorry that it's been such a struggle to get you the form that you need.
