Best Buy service sucks!

I purchased a washer and dryer from Best Buy for $750. I waited a week for delivery! They delivered the appliances but were somehow  unable to hook up the vent kit to the electric dryer. Was told someone from Geek Squad would come out the next day and complete the dryer installation. Called and was told they had no record of an apt. So I arranged to have an apt for 12-4 pm. No one came ! Called again and was told they had no record of my apt. yet again! I was put on hold while they tried to reach the driver/service in my area. Well apparently I live in Siberia because I still haven't heard anything!    I will never purchase another important appliance from Best Buy again. SHAME!!!!

Welcome to the forum and thank you for reaching out to us regarding the trouble you have had with your appliance delivery and install! Not being able to dry your laundry can certainly be a hassle and it can take quite a while to dry on a clothing line, if that's even an option. I'm discouraged to hear of the difficulties we had when hooking up the vent kit for your dryer, as we aim to provide a smooth experience for all of our customers. 


With that said, I'm truly sorry for the issues you've experienced with rescheduling the service to hook your vent kit up. Using the details you registered with the forum, I was able to see you were originally scheduled for yesterday. However, it seems that due to the same-day scheduling we were unable to fulfill this service. I apologize for any confusion or frustration that this may case you. However, it appears that you are currently scheduled for tomorrow, 7/9/16. 

If this date should not work for you, you should feel welcome to let me know and I will do my best to assist in rescheduling the service.

Yes they do suck, they are very disorganized and have poor customer service. We bought over $10,000.00 dollars worth of TV's and appliances, when it came to getting things installed. they just jerked us around.
