I bought my appliances on may. 20 a After returned it at Home Depot for bad service the sales man told me they are really good but guess what ?.... they are not . After almost a month I suppose to get them yesterday ( they all me to confirm my delivery) but In the morning I got a call ( after you schedule everything) they only going to delivery the microwave I called Best Buy and since that moment was nightmare the first people told me that they going to delivery the fridge and dishwasher not microwave ( I empty my fridge ) they only came with the microwave . I called them again and they pass me with the case manager to know what is going on they schedule the delivery for fridge and range and told me to call today for the dishwasher when I called they just passed me from one representative to other for an hour I GOT YIELDED BY MICHELLE IN CUSTOMER SERVICEshe passed me to the sales person that he doesn’t remember me and was very condescending . At this point they have my money my appliances and I don’t have an answer. GOOD JOB BEST BUY ( sarcastically) . Btw I have all the name and hours with the people that I talked during this two days.
