Another delivery scheduling complaint

First, I have volunteered on a support forum before, and I know that it's just one complaint after another.  For that reason, I'll start out by saying that the delivery of our dishwasher went smoothly today.  And the delivery of our microwave about a week ago went fine as well.  That said...

 

With each delivery we were supposed to also receive a Frigidaire stove to go into our kitchen remodel project.  First scheduled delivery was 5/5/17.  Received a call day before to confirm.  Then that morning (while we were away) we received a message saying the delivery could not be made for some reason, and had to be rescheduled.  A later email "confirmed" without asking us, that the new delivery date was 5/17/17.  I clicked a link in the email to reschedule delivery, and was presented with a calendar which said today (5/11/17) was available, so I chose it.

 

Confirmation call received yesterday...fine.  Another call this morning infomed us that delivery could not be made today, we would get another call back, which we did.  Next available date I was able to select was 5/19/17.  Well that's the least convenient date it could have been.  In addition to the facts that the job will be done by then, our contractor will be gone, and we will have been without a stove/oven now for two weeks longer than planned, we have a competing event planned for that day 45 minutes away, which we will have to interrupt to come back here and hope to God that the thing shows up.

 

Something is wrong with a system which allows customers to select a delivery date which cannot be met...TWICE for the same product.  It shouldn't be this hard.

I appreciate the time you have dedicated to express your concern with a recent delivery experience. I apologize that your Frigidaire stove did not arrive on the original delivery date, I'd understand it can be frustrating to have the delivery rescheduled twice, causing conflicts with your personal scheduled events. I will be happy to review the details of your order to see how I can best assist.

Thanks for the additional information, I appreciate your response and will let you know if anything unexpected occurs with the current delivery date.

Karina followed up to assure me our delivery was on schedule this time. And it was, delivery was accomplished this morning. Thank you!
