Worst shopping/service experience in the last ten years for me. Two days wasted waiting for a dishwasher to appear. Three days calling so-called "customer service" folks who promised a return call that day ... NOPE!
Seriously, it's practically criminal how bad Best Buy is at dealing with delivery/installation services.
Obviously, I'm not alone, as dozens are reporting the same thing every week.
Not sure why anyone would buy an appliance from these idiots.

Note to Best Buy folks: Don't bother trying to explain your way out of this; I've already canceled my BestBuy Visa card and have vowed never to deal with these incompetent folks again. And this from an Elite Plus member...

Although I wish it were under better circumstances, welcome to the forums! Having recently had some new appliances delivered myself, I understand it’s a pretty big purchase. It’s important everything goes right. I regret to hear that may not have happened in this instance.
It sounds like we may have let you down and for that I’m very sorry. It doesn’t sound like you had the kind of experience we want for our customers. At this point has this dishwasher been installed? Is there something I can help with?

At this point, the order has been canceled, since - you know - nobody EVER got back to me (0/4 calls promised to be returned). I would NEVER buy from BestBuy again, and would strongly suggest the same to anyone who asks me. Utter disregard for customers, and the fact is that my situation isn't unusual, it's PAR FOR THE COURSE.
I feel sorry for you folks in CS, having to make excuses for the inexcusable.
