APPOINTMENT (TERRIBLE)

order 2 tv's and a laptop, recieved the laptop 4 business days later, and had a appointment set for 3.15.2017! NO CALL NO SHOW NO NOTHING! i called the customer service line and they know NOTHING!!! This is some bolonga and someone advised me that the "store" accidentally marked the inventory wrong once its corrected it will be shipped and they will contact me , NOTHING! NO CALL! This is CRAZY! its been 10+ business days!

I definitely understand your frustration with the delay in processing your order and getting delivery scheduled and completed for you. Were I in your shoes I know I would be just as frustrated, and I apologize that we’ve not yet been able to get this resolved for you.

 

That said, as I’ve already informed you there is an issue with our inventory systems that is preventing your order’s processing and delivery scheduling. I can assure you this issue has already been escalated and is actively being addressed, and once resolved the store should be contacting you to schedule your delivery as soon as we’re able to complete it. Before then should I receive any updates from our support team or the store I’ll be sure to pass it along to you.

actually shortly after someone called with an appt date! thanks for all your help , it wasnt until speaking with you this got resolved. you rock!
