3rd Time Refused Delivery Due to Damage

On my 4th attempt now.  First 3 attempts had obvious damage which can be seen through the box.  Your warehouse is not only damaging my refrigerator but knowingly placing it on the delivery truck!  

 

Your system for rescheduling is a joke.  I should be able to reschedule a delivery immediately over the phone with the warehouse when delivery is refused.  Instead, I need to wait until tomorrow for a phone call to reschedule and that's even if they call because last two times they didn't and I had to!

 

 I do not have a refrigerator and its been since 6/16 whcih was date of purchase!  You should be ashamed of yourselves to have a warehouse that has no disregard for their customers.  What now????

I need there to be some type of inspection before the next refrigerator gets placed on the truck. I don't understand how this is not required beforehand.

I also need a delivery ASAP.
