To find a receipt for completed BestBuy.com orders, you can get a copy of your receipt online:
Sign into your account and select "Account Home" by hovering over your name.
Hover over "Purchases" located near the top of the page.
Click on “Purchase History” or “Orders” to find the receipt you are looking for.
Click on “Order Details” of the order number for the receipt you'd like to print.
Click the "Receipt" button and print.
If you checked out as a guest, you can still check your order status and print a receipt online. You'll need to provide your order number, last name and phone number.
For In-Store Purchases
To get a receipt for a purchase you made in a Best Buy store, visit the Customer Service counter at the store most convenient to you. If you paid by credit card, bring the credit card you used for the purchase and your ID. If you are a My Best Buy member, your receipt can be looked up by the phone number, email address, or My Best Buy Member number

What product(s) are/were purchased
The rough total amount spent on the receipt, including tax
Date of purchase

Unfortunately we cannot retrieve receipt copies for purchases paid in cash or check, or for purchases made more than two years ago.
