During Checkout, enter both the card number and 4-digit PIN on the back of the card. If your gift card balance doesn't cover the total cost of your order, we'll charge the remaining amount to your primary form of payment listed in your Best Buy account, or to another acceptable form of payment at your request. If the total cost of the order is less than the balance on your gift card(s), any unused balance will remain on the last gift card you entered.

We can replace the remaining balance on a lost, stolen or damaged gift card, as long as you have the original purchase receipt. Please call 1-888-716-7994.
Keep your gift card until you receive your order and are sure you're satisfied with it. You can return items purchased with gift cards in accordance with our Return & Exchange Promise. The return amount will be credited to your gift card within 30 minutes of the time we receive it. If you no longer have the gift card, call 1-888-BEST BUY to request a new one.
If you cancel an order that was purchased with a gift card, the purchase amount will be credited to your gift card within 30 minutes of the cancellation. If you no longer have the gift card, call 1-888-BEST BUY to request a new one.
No, Best Buy gift cards can be used only to purchase merchandise and services online and in stores.
No, Best Buy gift cards cannot be used online to purchase another Best Buy gift card.
No, digital coupons are not redeemable toward the purchase of Best Buy gift cards.
Online gift card purchases are eligible for gift packaging. Your gift card will be packaged in our signature navy blue and silver gift card sleeve. This option will appear in checkout. For more information, see our Gift Packaging Frequently Asked Questions.
Bulk gift card purchases for businesses, which are not resellers, can be made through the Corporate Gift Card Program. Bulk purchases for resellers and consumers are not accepted through the Corporate Gift Card Department.
There are no service fees or shipping charges for standard bulk orders. Discounts are applied to the first order that hits the volume discount threshold. Once the discount level is achieved, all orders through the remaining calendar year will receive a discount. All discounts start over at the beginning of a new calendar year.
Please allow two business days for processing on all plastic gift card orders before the order is shipped. Free two-day shipping on each order or upgrade to overnight shipping for an additional $10. All e-gift cards are processed within one business day of receiving the order and payment. Pre-payment of your order is required. Individual Fulfillment options with a customized template are available for an additional fee. Contact us to get started.

To help the government fight the funding of terrorism and money laundering activities, Best Buy limits the maximum value of each gift card to $2,000 with a total daily limit of card values, per person of $6,000.
