I bought my boys the 250gb xbox holiday bundle for Christmas..It came with Halo download,Fable game and 3month gold live card..Well the console quit working and they have already downloade the Halo game and the gold card and have opened and used the Fable game..My question is can I just bring the console to Best Buy to exchange it for a new one or do I have to bring EVERYTHING back...I am worried because the hard drive has all of our information...

Please elaborate on what you mean by "quit working" and if you purchased any extended warrenties. Addionally keep in mind that if per Best Buy policy they cannot replace the console, you may be able to contact Xbox customer service for assistance.

I just bought it at Christmas so I guess I will have to exchange the whole bundle..I am not dealing with microsoft if I do not have too..I have heard they are a nightmare to deal with from a few people...

It is something internal ...i,ve spoken to Microsoft and they agree with the issue and they even suggested I send it in to them but like I said I know someone who was out theirs for months...

No there are no stickers..It is the box that says 250 gb hard drive and a picture of Fable III and Halo reach..
