The cheapest method (and fastest speeds) is going to be a network cable. The other wireless options that you mentioned will also work but you still would need the wireless adapter. You can usually pick up a wireless adapter for about half the price online at various internet retailers and auction sites.
I would go with some cat5-e wire or Cat 6 and run it down the same hole as your cable outlet and then install a RJ-45 and Cable connector in the wall and connect via a ethernet cable.

No matter which way you do it, it is still going to be expensive.
The bad thing about the rj-45 tips is that you would need a crimper. A decent crimper is going to cost you about $70+ dollars.
I would get 100ft (or every how much you need) of Cat5e wire, then two rj-45 junction boxes. Then two Cat5e patch cables.
You could find all of this online or home depo. BB most likely will not sell these items.
1. You put one Leviton Quickport cat5e wall plate in the wall where you router is located.
2. Connect the cat5e cable to this.
3. Run the cat5e wire down the same hole as your coax.
4. Install another Leviton Quickport cat5e wall plate and connect the wire there.
5. Connect a cat5e patch cable from router to wall plate
6. Connect a Cate5e patch cable from wall plate to xbox 360.
I know it sounds like alot of work but it's not that bad.
There is just no cheap way to do this when your xbox 360 is not located near your router. If you xbox was near your router then all you would need is a patch cable and then your online.
