Xbox 360 Halo 3 LE- Error Message "E74" Need Help!!!!!

I just went to turn on my Xbox 360 only to be greeted by an error message (code: E 74).  Now as you can imagine i am upset by this.  I was wondering if i could get some insight as to how to go about addressing this issue.  I had purchased a warranty when i bought it in 10/2007.  What should i do?!?!

If you service plan is still active,  follow the instructions on your service plan to get the train rolling for a replacement or repair.
