There's been an ongoing deal where you get $100 off "select gaming consoles" with purchase & 2 yr contract of a Verison/Sprint/AT&T mobile hotspot. But the term "select gaming consoles" is very vague...
"Offer valid on any gaming console priced $100 or greater."

based on the fine print there's no exclusions toward the PSvita except that you can't do it on the pre-order since "products must be purchased on the same receipt" but if this is indeed the correct deal someone needs to put it directly in the ads b/c this would become one of the better Vita deals.
I'd still like to see a trade-in/trade -up deal where I can trade in my current PSP along with several games & get a $100 discount off the Vita just like the deal Gamestop is doing.

Hey enuf,
I'm not sure if this promotion is going to be running through the next couple of weeks for it to apply to the PS Vita but I'll pass your feedback along to the gaming team. I'll also include the bit about the trade-in so they can take that into consideration as well.

I don't think it would apply to the Vita. It says on that discount with 2 year activation contract and The vita doesn't need a contract since it's pay as you go.

it says this with the purchase and 2-year activation of a mob. So I guess you purchase a mobile hotspot with a 2 year contract and then you get a discount. But it will really cost more doing it this way because your going to have to pay monthly for 2 years for that mobile hotspot.

ok this keep getting better & better, there's rumor's that BB will be offering $75 trade in for any PSP model. Along with this the Vita becomes $75 + tax
$250 Wifi vita
-$100 discount
-$75 PSP trade in
But you'd still need to pay $50 for the hotspot itself too even still if you don't have a mobile hotspot this would be the way to go.

Hey everyone,
Please note that trade-in values can vary widely from store-to-store, depending on when you come in, and a number of other factors so do not take any price-point quoted online to be a guarantee by any means. You're local store's Gaming Specialist will be able to tell you the value or, if you are doing trade-in online you can get a quote right away.

Just wanted to clarify that. Thanks!
