Hey Everyone,

Im a little discouraged because I've been coming to the BestBuy website for weeks and still have not seen anything for this pre order. They have this on presale at Amazon, Fry's and other places. From what I've heard from calling Turtle Beach directly was they would come out 100% for sure by 4-20-2012.

They let me know to follow Amazon date as it would be accurate. Amazon has then coming out 4-11-2012. Many of my friends have pre-ordered them already but I refuse to go any where else then BB. Please tell me these will be on pre order here soon? Im sure BestBuy is missing out on a lot of presales, please someone help with any knowledge.

I have confirmed now that we are planning to carry the XP400!  I'm not sure when we'll see it on BestBuy.com but it will, in fact, be up there sometime (and also in select stores!).

You know, I saw that question coming because I had the same one for my contact when they told me we were going to carry it.  Unfortunately, they didn't know the answer off the top of their head so I'll have to follow up on that as well.  Sorry to drag this on.
