Tritton AX 180

After 4months of using this headset, it is crap. -_____-

 

I purchasesd the geek squad thing that is avaiable for 2 years.

You guys think they could just replace it with turtle beaches because I seriously hate this headset.

Hey kBrawl,

 

Thanks for posting about your headphones biting the dust. It's good to hear that you have some coverage! We wouldn't be able to "swap" out your current headphones for a pair of Turtle Beach, since the coverage is for the Tritton. I also know that Tritton asks you to reach out to them first before reaching out to the retailer, so that may be an option as well. You can see their request here.

 

I'm sorry to hear that you hate the headset! Nothing is worse than buying something and then realizing it's not the one for you. I would reach out to Tritton and see where that goes since they actually request that, then head over to your local Best Buy. Let me know if you have any other questions.

Actually, I asked my local Best Buy and they said I could exchange my broken one into a similar kind of product which means ^_^v turtle beaches.
