I recently bought a Wireless Stereo Headset from Best Buy on 1/30/12 (The current date being 3/6/12) and I was wondering if I could still return it. It's is in perfect condition, working just like it did when I bought it, and doesn't have the slightest scratch or blemish on it. From what i've seen on customer support, I can only return an item after 30 days after purchase, but i was wondering if there was an exception if it was as if it were brand new. I have the box (Which is also in perfect condition) with most if not all plastic wrap inside. I have all papers that came with the headset, including the receipt. I also wanted to know if I would be refunded the full price (Besides sales tax of course), or just a percentage of what I paid.
Here is a link to the headset on the Best Buy website if it helps:
It would be greatly appreciated if someone would reply to me as soon as possible. you can also email me at burtonchaz1@gmail.com if it will make it easier for you to help me.
Thank you in advance,
Chaz

You can go and see if the store manager will make an exception for you, but they don't have to as it past the 30 days as stated in their policy.
Unless you are a premier sliver member(which gets 45 instead of 30 days), you have a slim chance of getting a refund

Thanks for the reply. I do have a Premium Silver membership, so I have 45 days to return. And actually, I read the receipt wrong. I actually bought it on February 23, instead of January 30, so I am going to call Best Buy right now and hopefully return it tomorrow ![]()
Thank you for your help, Chaz.
