I am somewhat disappointed in the service I recieved from Best Buy. I purchased a refurbished Halo Xbox 360 slim bundle that was supposed to included a 250g hardrive, headset, 1 month xbox live gold, 2 halo reach controllers, Halo reach, and component hook-up. Package arrived minus 1 controller, Halo Reach, and no Xbox live. Called and talked with one associated who, I hope inadvertenly disconnected our call. Another associate who transfered me to a credit card processing site. Finially talked to an assoiciate who I thought we resolved my issue but after disconnecting our call to my surprise when I hooked up the Xbox and tried to recover my gamertag (NO HARDDRIVE). To their credit the Xbox console was in excellent condition and the package arrived fast considering the holidays, however I now have to wait before I can enjoy it when thier claims department decides to contact me.

return it and not get a refurb. I know it may be cheaper, but you dont know what the other person did to console and you can limit your headaches. especially with these limited edition consoles always go new. sorry about your troubles, keep pressing them.

Associate said Claims department would contact me betwee 24- 48 hours.Day three still no response from Best Buy claims department. Very unproffesional thus far. I still trying to give them the benefit of the doubt because of the holidays

We too ordered the refurbished halo bundle ours also didnt include the extra controller , the game, the hard drive, or the month. called on friday told us they would call us back now its tuesday and no call back. we decided to check to see if the controller worked and found out that one of the buttons on the controller that actualy came with the xbox doesnt even work! so i guess im not the only one who has this problem

@llerrad817. Now this doesn't seem like a coincidence that your bundle would be minus the exact same things that mine was missing. Like I stated in my initial post my xbox and controller were in excellent condition but it now seems that what they sent was more deliberate than accident. It is also funny a moderator hasn't stepped in to address our issue. I guess you must blast the company to get a response.
