I ordered the refurbished250 gig xbox 360 haloreach bundle Which is supposed to come with 2 controllers, halo reach, month of live, a headset . When the it arrived we opened it and found that it only came with 1 controller there was no halo reach game  and there was not a month of live in it neither. called on friday told us they would call us back. After we ended our conversation on the phone we decided to plug in the xbox to see if it worked and before that we checked to see if it had the hard drive and to our surprise it too did not come in the package. after finding that out i called again and they told us they were gonna call us back. Now its Wednesday and no call back. we decided to check to see if the controller worked and found out that one of the buttons on the controller that actualy came with the xbox doesnt even work! Can i get any help?

Thank you your post regarding a situation with your Halo: Reach bundle. I apologize that your bundle you received may not have come with all of the items it should have. Our bundles are thoroughly inspected before they are sealed and shipped.

This exact same thing just happened to me.  I received only 1 controller, no game, and no month of live.  Were they able to solve your problem?  I just called and am waiting for the callback and wondered how things turned out for you.

UPDATE: I just got off the phone with a best buy rep. He originally wanted to replace everything but the bundle is no longer available so he instead provided me with a new controller and a copy of the game for no charge. I got the call back within 2 hours and couldn't be happier with the customer service I received.

Did you check your xbox to see if it came with the hard drive?

Exactly, there is no internal memory in these model consoles. My console did not have one and a 250G, which was supposed to be in the bundle is not cheap.

Settings show my system has the 250GB drive. Your issues are more serious than mine unfortunately.

I finally got a response back and was told that i was going to get a 50 dollar credit applied to the order. Ok now are those 50 dollars supposed to cover the missing controller, game, and hard drive?

There is no microsoft xbox 360 250 gig hard drive on the bestbuy website but they are going for 99.99 pretty much everywhere else.

Now when you add that up that comes out 165.97 (not including tax)

Just how are those 50 credits supposed to help.
