RF-BTHP02 Not installing correctly

anyone have issues installing this? RocketFish Bluetooth HeadPhones

The device pairs but the drivers dont load. And I cannot find drivers to load manually.

Win7 Ent on HP2470p; I've run troubleshooter and it loops between "checking for missing driver" and "searching for missing driver"

Same problem here. Windows 7 Ultimate cannot find the drivers. And there are no drivers in the original package.

I phoned bestbuy support twice and still waiting for an answer.

Did they come out with a solution for you?
