Hello
I have a Simple Question.
As of August This Year, I had pruchased a New PS3 when it was 399 meaning I wasted 100 Bucks but I also got a 2 Year PSP plan. My Question is would I be able to go and replace my PS3 with a newer system?
If so What would happen to that 100? My Final Price was 470. What I am thinking and I think I am Wrong is that A New PS3 would be 299 and a Game would be 69...I should be covered yes??
I know this is Dumb question but I really need to know the Final Answer...I'm in need of this
Thanks for you time
Matthew

The only way that would happen is if you had 3 previous repairs and a 4th diagnosis that it needs repair. The plan you have does not replace the unit unless covered under the No-Lemon policy.

On the it does state the No-Lemon. I guess we'd have to go into Best Buy and talk it over...I'd hope they would do this. I really don't see any issue, I do understand that this would cancel my plan.
The other thing are there taxes on this sorta Trade in?
Thanks for the replies

The No-Lemon policy requires 3 qualified repairs to be done and a 4th diagnosis, how many have you had so far?

At the moment we Haven't done it Once yet. But with the Full Plan I do think they'd look passed it wouldn't they, it does say in the fine print for the replacement section "At our Option, we may replace your product with a new product or of similar feature....etc...or issue store Credit" If I do this then they deem my plan fulfilled.

Yes at there discretion they may replace your item under the No-Lemon Policy after it 3 repairs and a 4th diagnosis. They do not replace the unit otherwise that I know of. An employee could better give you that info but I am pretty sure I am correct with this.

So what is the point of this Plan? I mean if I can't replace the product or even get Store credit....this plan is to wait until my system has an Issue then they fix it and send it back. I think seeing that I spent the money for a 2 Year, I should be able to replace my product or get store credit.
Thanks for the Right Answers

Its a service plan to provide repair if your unit fails. Kind of like a warranty.
