I Know that its a newer proudct but I feel I should point out that Best Buy dosent seem to carry the NEW data transfer cable for the 360 slim hard drive. You see the old one was fine for transfering betwene two original hard drives or from an original hard drive to a new one but you canott transfer from the new hard drive to a new one (or to the old format for that matter but why would you want to?). Mirosoft has recently released to market the new cable to rectify this problem. But I could not find it listed in the online prouduct selection. I thought this oversight deserved some attention.

Welcome to the forum! I apologize for the delay in response but I really appreciate you bringing this up. I admit, I had to do some research and you're right. It looks like the one we have on Bestbuy.com, is the old gray one. I confirmed that there is a new black transfer cable that can transfer data between two Slims, not just between the old version and the Slim version.

As we move forward in gaming technology, we will eventually grow further and further away from the older versions, so it's only logical that we should have the latest cables and technology up. I couldn't agree more with you and thank you for letting us know. Hopefully in the future, you will see the most recent and up-to-date cables.
