I have a pair or XL1's that have a problem with the left ear, the left earpiece crackles and screeches, I love the headset, but when I'm done playing, my ear aches for an hour or so. I do not have the receipt for it, but none of the wires or such are damaged.  Thanks!

When did you purchase it?

If it wasn't in the last 30 days, TB carries a 1 year warranty so you can call them up.

It was a Christmas gift to me, so around then.

Unfortunately you can't return them, but you can contact TB as they have a 1 year warranty.
