Well, I don't know where else to ask this question and since my Best buy is close as of right now and I have to go to school tomorrow. I wanted to know if you can refund an exchange becaue my afterglow controller for the xbox360 was working absolutely fine until the stupid trigger connector thing snapped off and now the afterglow controller is useless. I was wondering if anyone else had this problem or the simple matter if I can have a refund from an exchange?
