Hi. My cousin bought my wireless keyboard and mouse a couple of months ago at a Best Buy in Philly before I moved to Covington, GA with my other cousins minus the cousin that bought me the wireless keyboard and mouse. Now I've been experiencing some weird behaviors with both the keyboard and mouse such as for the keyboard, some of the buttons I use in shortcuts (ex.: command + c to copy a highlighted word or words) and the mouse works and doesn't works whenever I press the right button on something. Is there a way for me to fix this? I use a Mac by the way.

Can you please share which model of mouse and keyboard that were purchased for you? I’d be happy to see if there’s any firmware updates available that may resolve the issues you’re experiencing. If firmware isn’t available you may need to visit your local Best Buy with original purchase receipt to seek assistance from Best Buy’s Geek Squad.
