Does anyone know if you can install the 4G on the Ipad. I bought the new Ipad and didn't purchase it with 4G can you install it on a Ipad that doesn't have it?

No. the 4g is embedded and cant be added later internally. Only way to do it now is via external means like a mifi hotspot

4G is a hardware chip that is on the motherboard.  You cannot use software to get 4G if you have an iPad that qas not built wtih the required hardware.
