I got two Insignia Smart Plugs, got them all set up, took some time but got it. Then switched phones (iphone 8plus now) and lost all connections.... so, trying to set up the smart plugs again, get through the entire set up new device, entering the password for wifi but the smartplug wont connect to my wifi? I don't understand. I have tried a dozen times and very frusterated. I'm clost to the point I'm going to return them.

Given what you've described and the actions you've taken to troubleshoot, I would recommend returning your Smart Plugs to the retailer for an exchange. I apologize for the inconvenience.
