if i already have it what did they do when i give in my tower?

and sence i have it , could i still get a refund?

Those sound like the normal disks included.

Perhaps you received a Computer Optimization?  You may request a partial refund for "Recovery Disk Creation" if that is listed on your receipt and services were NOT rendered/completed.  Check with your store for assistance, or send me a private message with your "Customer Service Pin."
