My flex tablet 10” screen quit

I got a 10” flex Tablet for Android model NS-P10A8100 isn’t showing a screen it’s just black it had a red exclamation point when I plugged it in and kept doing that on and off for weeks now I can’t get it to work at all doesn’t even show that red exclamation point or that it’s even charging how can I get it fixed or working
