I do have another question, whats the difference between a notebook and a normal laptop? And should i consider the difference?

do you mean the difference between a netbook and a notebook? afik, a notebook and a normal laptop are one in the same.
a netbook is a great device for getting on the internet (browsing fbook, playing flash games, posting on community forums) and doing some basic office work (word processor for notes, studying powerpoint slides for a class).
a notebook, on the other hand, is a netbook and more. typically, notebooks come with better hardware (larger hard drive, more system memory, upgraded graphics, more powerful processor). the step up in hardware allows a notebook to do more gaming, photo and video editing, and processor-intensive tasks for whatever your schoolwork may require.
while i like netbooks, if you can only have one for school, i'd go with a notebook. it has the power to do what you need it to when you need it to. if your budget allows, i'd get a notebook and a netbook; they do a great job of complimenting each other.
