Kindle Fire defect????

I bought a KF just over a week ago and thought it weird that there is a line in the graphics of my screen. Anyone else? A co-worker said the one they have doesn't have it. Should I take it back to Best Buy or contact the manufaturer?

If it is defective, you can bring it back to the store and exchange it.
