Anyone know what's wrong with my mouse? It stopped working so I put in fresh batteries and pressed Connect. Flashing red light and sitll doesn't work. I have a Logitech keyboard.
Really need it to work!

Try this: remove the batteries from your wireless mouse. Press all of it's buttons and roll the scroll wheel. Install fresh batteries. This should serve to reset the mouse.
If the problem persists, remove the wireless mouse dongle from your PC, turn off your mouse, and restart your computer. Replace the dongle and turn on your mouse.
If the problem still continues, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at 877-467-4289 for further assistance troubleshooting your mouse.

I will try these suggestions when I return from vacation! Right now I don't have my keyboard or my mouse.
