Insignia flex 8

I recently bought 2 flex 8's refurbished. The setup went fine on  the first one. The 2nd didnt, it lets me select the language then it says to enter he last emai  account synced to it. No Way I would ever know. What do i do the a factory reset didn't fix it, ???

If a factory default didn't rersolve the issue, I would contact the seller and make arrangements to send the defective unit back for either an exchange or refund. The device should have been in a fully uinconfigured condition when it was sent to you, so, don't spend too much time trying to get it to work.
