Can you provide the model number for the tablet? It should start with NS-.
Plug the tablet into the outlet for at least a few hours then try to turn it on. Does the tablet respond at all? If not, try leaving it charging in a different outlet for a few hours and try again.
Do you know when and where the tablet was purchased? Do you still have the receipt?
