How to wipe cache partition on NS-P10A8100? (Insignia 10.1" Flex Tablet)

Does anyone have the complete key sequence to wipe the cache partion on this tablet (NS-P10A8100)?  I'm able to get to the green Android image, but it simply states "No command". I'm unable to go any further.

 

My steps thus far............

 

- Power off.

- Hold down on Volume Up button and then press & hold down on the Power button

- Eventually get a menu:

         Recovery Mode

         Normal Boot

         Fast Boot

 

I select the Recovery Mode - this gives me the Android image

To reset your tablet to factory defaults, please try the following:

  1. Tap Apps Settings Backup & reset.
  2. Tap Factory data reset, then tap RESET TABLET.

You can find more information in the User Guide. For more advanced troubleshooting, I recommend contacting Insignia Support at 877-467-4289. I hope this helps.

Thank you for your quick response. However, I'm not wanting to perform a complete reset of the tablet. Simply clear the cache. I'm able to do this on every other Android device that I've owned.
